ANSYS 12.0 represents a key milestone for the ANSYS Offshore (ANSYS AQWA & ANSYS ASAS) products, where users have for the first time seen integration with the ANSYS Workbench platform, but also significantly increased interoperability with the ANSYS structural mechanics products.

This recorded webinar will outline the latest features at ANSYS 12.0 of the ANSYS AQWA and ANSYS ASAS software for wave hydrodynamics and structural integrity analysis of fixed and floating offshore systems, whether in the traditional oil and gas and marine markets or in the area of offshore wind turbines. It will also highlight the first significant step towards integrating the software with other products in the ANSYS portfolio including initial integration of ANSYS AQWA Diffraction in ANSYS Workbench. Interoperability with the ANSYS Structural Mechanics products will be shown via the newly available ANSYS ASAS BEAMCHECK product, specifically developed for conducting code checks based on the results files from an ANSYS structural mechanics solution.
