ANSYS 12.0 continues to expand multiphysics solutions by enabling the coupling of industry-leading electromagnetic field solvers from Ansoft with best-in-class structural, thermal and fluid and solvers from ANSYS. This webinar highlights the coupling between Maxwell and ANSYS to simulate heating effects caused by resistive, eddy-current and core losses. Through this new, easy to use interface view the resulting temperature distribution from the heating effects due to the electromagnetic field interactions. There will be multiple demonstrations illustrating the coupling between a Maxwell electromagnetic field solution and an ANSYS thermal solution. Examples include a solenoid actuator and a buss bar. Solve problems previously unsolvable, and develop a greater understanding of your design.
